Submission Guide Before submitting your boat listing please take a few moments to see how other
boats are displayed. See how each field is laid out - where details such as the
boat's name and specification are placed in relation to the main picture and where
description and detail pictures appear. Keep these layout details in mind when
entering the specification of your own boat as it will follow this same layout.
When specifying dimensions (beam, draft etc), to avoid misunderstandings,
remember to include the units (eg metres, feet etc).
Uploading image files
4 image files can be uploaded to enhance a boat description. One of these will
appear as part of the heading to your description page and will of a larger size
than the three small picturs of details that will appear at the bottom. For best
quality results try to make sure that your images are jpg files with the
following dimensions:
Header image:
width = 400 pixels
height 260 pixels
Detail images:
width 175 pixels
Height 115 pixels
Most image/photo editors (eg Photoshop or Paintshop Pro) include facilities for
resizing images. If you don't prepare your images to these sizes before
uploading, the web software will try to do it for you but be prepared for some
loss of quality
