Bug Reporting

If you're experiencing a problem with parts of this we site or one of our software products, please fill out and submit the following form. If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please get in touch.

Bug Report Form

When you submit your bug report it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. We aim to respond promptly to bug reports and will preiodically post notices regarding bugs other tips or workarounds on the FAQ page. Please check this page before submitting a bug report; it may be that the problem you have encountered had already been covered.

When reporting bugs please be as specific as possible in describing the problem.

What is the name and version of the software are you using?
What validation code were you supplied with?
What operating system are you using?

If the problem is reproducible, please list the steps required to cause it,
leaving a blank line between steps:

If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), please describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:
